Ciara Bosworth
Ciara is responsible for leading the implementation and running of BHFs central CRM system; bringing together multiple disparate systems and streamlining the organisations approach to supporter communication & management,
Ciara manages both the rolling project team and the permanent Data Team from the BHF’s London office.
With an extensive background in fundraising database systems, including working with organisations such as the National Deaf Children’s Society, ChildLine, the NSPCC, Shelter and as a consultant for a software supplier, Ciara has broad experience with systems conversions, database implementations, merges, data strategy and management.
