Alice Faure Walker
Alice Faure Walker is a consultant solicitor in the charity and social enterprise department at Bates Wells & Braithwaite. She has been with BWB since 2000 and advises on a range of charity law issues, particularly constitutional matters and charity trading.
She is co-author of Charities, Trading and the Law with Stephen Lloyd and a mjor contributor to Charities – the new law 2006: a practical guide to the Charities Acts. She edits the Jordans Charities Administration Service and the BWB charity and social enterprise newsletter. She gives training to charities and social enterprises, particularly on trading and legal forms.
She works from London and Yorkshire and volunteers with a number of local charities.
