The Archway Project has appointed Fran Gorman as its new chair, replacing Martin Jenkins who was in the role for two years.

Gorman, who is one of six trustees on the board and head of public relations at the Mental Health Foundation, said: “The staff at the Archway Project are delightful to work with and passionate about turning young people’s lives around. It is challenging time for the third sector but the staff and trustees are working hard to ensure that the project goes from strength to strength. The charity has such a lot to offer young Londoners.

“I really enjoy volunteering for the Archway Project – I use different skills and it keeps me on my toes! They’re a lot to be said for being a trustee, mentor or committing to some kind of pro bono work.”
