Navca chief executive Joe Irvin has joined the board of Acevo, filling the post vacated by Cath Lee who has stepped down after a year as a trustee.

Irvin was elected to the board at Acevo’s AGM this week.  The umbrella body’s chair, Lesley-Anne Alexander, was also re-elected to the board (though she won't be reappointed as chair until the next board meeting), and trustee Srabani Sen from Contact a Family was re-elected too.

Cath Lee resigned from the Acevo board after leaving her day job as chief executive of the Small Charities Coalition to become chief executive of Leeds Mencap.

Joe Irvin has been CEO of Navca since 16 January last year.
