The Nationwide Foundation has joined forces with the Cranfield Trust to offer organisational support to ten charities already funded by Nationwide.

The ten charities, which focus on tackling finance and housing difficulties, will get free consultancy from the Cranfield Trust.

Each charity will be allocated a project manager who will access the needs of each charity and then outline up to three individual consultancy projects.

Lisa Suchet, chief executive of the National Foundation said: “As a funder we seek new ways to add value to the charities we support and the work they do.

“By linking up with the Cranfield Trust we hope we can offer organisational support to the chief executives and boards of the charities we fund, to help them better plan through the challenging time ahead”.

The support will be available for two years.
