Have you seen this man? Civil Society has come into possession of the chilling picture opposite, which depicts a key henchman for the Robin Hood tax campaigning group.

Spotted at NCVO’s Annual Conference last week, he is believed to be feted for his leadership qualities, and was even described on a blog recently as “masterful” by one of his foes.

The green mask has been adopted as a symbol of the merry band's cause.

The proposed Robin Hood tax would levy all financial dealings between banks to raise money to fight poverty, protect public services and tackle climate change.
