A memorial service to celebrate the life and work of Daniel Phelan, founder and editor-in-chief of Civil Society Media, will be held at Fishmongers' Hall, London Bridge, London EC4R 9EL on Wednesday 14 October.

The service will take place from from 14.30 - 15.30, followed by tea, cake and wine until 17.00.

Seats at the Hall are limited so attendance will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
