Leadership expert to speak at Civil Society IT Conference

David Taylor, author of the best-selling Naked Leader books, has been confirmed as the keynote speaker for the fifth annual Civil Society IT Conference on 18 November.

David Taylor (pictured), author of the best-selling Naked Leader books, has been confirmed as the keynote speaker for the fifth annual Civil Society IT Conference on 18 November.

Taylor, whose published works include The Naked Leader, The Naked Leader Experience and The Naked Coach, will be talking about creating an innovation infrastructure to ensure the success of your charity.

Taylor is also honorary professor of leadership at Warwick University Business School and a business ambassador for the Prince’s Trust, and his clients range from Fortune 100 companies to leading entrepreneurs.

Also speaking is broadcaster, writer and IT trainer Robert Schifreen, who will advise on ensuring a technology project or new web-based application doesn’t contain any security hitches.

Meanwhile, in the conference’s web development session, Jackie Brambles, of Broadstance Media and also an ex-Radio 1 and Loose Women presenter, will present with usability expert Catriona Campbell on utilising video as an effective call to action.
