Downing Street staff volunteered for Blue Sky Development & Regeneration today, as part of its Social Action project with the Charity Award-winning organisation.

Downing Street staff volunteered for Blue Sky Development & Regeneration today, as part of its Social Action project with the Charity Award-winning organisation.

Blue Sky employs ex-offenders in maintenance and recycling business to help reduce reoffending rates. It won a Charity Award in 2010 for its work. 

A team of workers from No.10 and Blue Sky today tidied up pathways, parks, allotments and conservation areas in Ruislip.

Blue Sky was named Social Action Partner for No. 10 in December 2010, following a vote by staff. Throughout 2011, No. 10 staff will be volunteering their time to help on a variety of Blue Sky projects.
