Fundraising Magazine and Charity Finance have today launched a sector-wide survey to explore how charities feel about their CRM software and its provider, and what they need from their data now and in the future.
The confidential benchmarking survey is open to charities of all sizes and seeks to build a clearer picture of how well current CRM systems are supporting organisational needs.
Findings will be published in May, online and in Fundraising Magazine, and in the June edition of Charity Finance.

As a thank you for taking part, all participants will receive a copy of the published survey report. In addition, one respondent will be randomly selected to receive a £100 John Lewis voucher.
The deadline to complete the questionnaire is Wednesday 18 March.
