Cath Lee has been confirmed as the new permanent CEO of the Small Charities Coalition.

Lee took over as acting CEO in November last year following the departure of founder Patrick Cox (pictured).

She stepped up from the post of operations director at the Coalition, and has previously held posts at Shelter, Crisis and RNIB.
