Catch 22 chief executive Joyce Moseley has become the new chair for  transport charity and social enterprise HCT Group.

Moseley will be taking over from John Davis, who has served as chair since 2001.

Speaking about her appointment at HCT Group, Moseley said: “I am a great believer in the power of access to improve people’s lives.  HCT Group provides services for the most marginalised in our society to access jobs, healthcare and other services – or even the simple freedom of being able to get out and about.

"It’s also a thriving, growing social enterprise.  It is this combination of commercial success and community impact that makes me so excited about my new role. ”

“The role of chair in an organisation such as HCT Group is vital in shaping services and ensuring that the needs of the various stakeholder groups are being given fair and equitable consideration."
