Blackbaud targets smaller arts organisations with latest package

Software provider Blackbaud has launched a new a new software product, The Patron Edge Essentials, for smaller arts and cultural organisations in the not-for-profit sector.

Software provider Blackbaud has launched a new a new software product, The Patron Edge Essentials, for smaller arts and cultural organisations in the not-for-profit sector.

According to Blackbaud there are as many as 1,500 small and medium-sized organisations that that could benefit from the software which provides online interactive ticket booking, CRM database and data analysis.

The preconfigured package contains the core elements of The Patron Edge software and includes a set toolkit of functionality, online capability and core analytics.  

Christopher Goodhart, the European managing director for Blackbaud’s arts and cultural division, said:  “As part of our mission to fully support the not-for-profit sector, we also want to help smaller organisations compete, by arming them with cutting-edge technology.”
