Julia Hutchinson is chief operating officer of the Association of Publishing Agencies, and has worked on both client and supplier side during her media career.

Before joining the APA in 2004, Julia was marketing and new business director at media agency Starcom, which led on from publishing roles at Business Age Magazine, Sunday Business Publishing and Associated Newspapers.
