Jen Dougan joined Breast Cancer Campaign in January 2013 as director of fundraising and supporter relations.

She has 20 years’ experience of fundraising in the voluntary sector. Most recently she was a consultant and worked with a range of national, international and local charities.

Previous employers include; VSO, Save the Children, NSPCC, International Rescue Committee and Royal Botanic Gardens.
