Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum

UK Database Support Officer – The Role
Join us and you will be part of a team of experts in database management who use technology to support our busy, innovative fundraising and campaigning teams.
Your role will involve ensuring systems for fundraising and campaigning (Raiser’s Edge) as well as supporter care (Salesforce) are up to date and accurate. You will monitor the data synch between systems, manage documentation for all import processes and month end reconciliations. In addition to importing data you will also assist with ad hoc development projects.
Important will be the ability to work with colleagues to develop new solutions for new projects or identify improvements for existing work to enhance overall performance.
UK Database Support Officer - Requirements
- Strong understanding of database logic and demonstrable skill at using front end importing, exporting and reporting functions
- Experience of supporting a SQL CRM
- Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge or Salesforce
- Knowledge of GDPR, the Data Protection Act and Gift Aid in relation to UK fundraising
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Able to prioritise workload
