As Show Manager you will be responsible for planning, organisation and delivery of the RHS Chatsworth Flower Show. You will deliver the event on time, within budget and to quality standards.
With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be a highly motivated and organised individual who relishes the pressure of progressing multiple projects simultaneously. Keeping a strong handle on budgets whilst showing creativity and an innovative approach is essential. A thorough understanding of the horticulture industry will be extremely beneficial. You will need to be comfortable working as part of a collaborative team, as well as having the drive and confidence to take personal responsibility for your projects.
