As Senior Public Fundraising Executive you will be part of the team developing and implementing the fundraising strategy and plans for public fundraising for Sport Relief 2018. Tasked with raising £10 million you will be involved in generating income from mass participation events, workplaces, high value accounts and sports clubs and gyms. You will work with our insight team to identify target audiences for opportunities and propositions as well as with Fundraising, Communications and Marketing colleagues to devise approaches to attract and inspire them. You will ensure propositions for events and public fundraising are fully evaluated and translated into meaningful and effective tools that increase engagement. Important will be the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure an integrated and measured approach to fundraising activities.
You must have experience of driving fundraising from mass-participation events and the public, and of developing fundraising tools. You will have worked on a high profile charity fundraising campaign and are comfortable managing relationships with senior stakeholders. Good at building relationships you will also possess excellent planning, communication and project management skills. Important will be the ability to provide expertise into a matrix, project-team structure.
