About the role
We are looking for a strong, strategic manager with extensive fundraising experience to lead our already successful London Regional Fundraising Team deliver transformational growth in line with our new strategy. Covering City and Greater London you will manage a geographically dispersed team of 6, directly line managing 2 and matrix manage a corporate role. The current budget is nearly £3m and you will be responsible for the delivery of the budget as well as building a robust pipeline for sustainable future growth.
A vital member of the Regional Fundraising Management Team, you will have overall responsibility for the strategic performance, management, delivery and development of all Regional Fundraising activities and income in the London Region.
To succeed in this post you will be passionate, organised, target driven, enthusiastic and looking for a new challenge each day. You will be looking for a varied role where you can grow and develop your team to achieve great things and engage with volunteers and supporters to grow our income and raise awareness. You will have proven experience of developing, monitoring and delivering budgets with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Strong line management and leadership skills are essential as are excellent influencing and communication skills and you will have the confidence to work collaboratively across different directorates and departments.
