We are now looking for a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to develop the systems and processes to deliver the financial management information we need to maximise effectiveness.
As Head of Financial Planning and Analysis you will be responsible for financial reporting and planning within the Comic Relief group of companies. This will include the delivery of budget and forecasts, monthly management accounts narrative. You will partner with senior managers across the organisation as well as support the Finance Director with strategic planning and longer term financial modelling. As part of a senior leadership team you will work to develop and deliver an integrated rolling 3 year plan. Your priorities will be to financial models to facilitate and support strategic decision making, build finance capacity across the business, provide meaningful and timely financial reporting and ensure strong financial management.
You must have extensive experience of management accounting in a leadership role where you will have managed staff. You will be expert at producing reports and analysis to drive financial decision-making at organisational level and are comfortable communicating financial information to a non-finance audience. With an eye for detail, you are accurate, a good communicator and able to work on your own initiative to meet deadlines.
