Events Support Assistant
The RHS Fundraising team are looking to recruit an Events Support Assistant to join our team during the busy 2020 summer season. As the Events Support Assistant you will be an integral part of making sure all RHS fundraising events run smoothly and efficiently throughout this period, and will deputise for the Events Manager.

The main role of the Events Support Assistant is to deputise for the Events Manager and support them in the planning and delivery of RHS fundraising events. This will include:
To assist with the planning and booking of all event logistics
To manage event RSVPs, and any guest requirements
To assist with the on the day running of fundraising events
To assist/deputise the Events Manager during RHS Shows and large events when there may be multiple events or event activity taking place at once
To assist with mailings such as invitations, confirmation letters and follow up letters
To help make sure guests have the best possible time at our events
