We are looking to recruit a Brand Licensing Key Account Manager to join our successful Licensing team. As Brand Licensing Key Account Manager, you will oversee a number of existing licensees and retailers across a range of product categories while also be assisting the Brand Licensing Manager to acquire new partners.

As a charity, the RHS aims to inspire a wide range of audiences by demonstrating the wonders of gardening through all that we do including gardens and shows, in our publications and online, and through our work in the community.

The Licensing Programme sits within the RHS’s retail division and works with an array of manufacturing partners and retailers creating exciting and innovative products that consumers love and trust.  These products range from gardening structures, tools and sundries to beautiful gifts and homewares.

The programme is established and hugely successful, generating a significant annual revenue stream for the Society.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate they are:

  • Highly organised
  • Have great account management skills
  • Can identify and secure new business
  • Can work well under pressure, multi task and deliver to tight deadlines


The candidate should have previously worked within and have a thorough understanding of the Brand Licensing Industry or, a retail, sales and marketing account management role. Experience of managing others would be beneficial.

This role will include some travel and overnight stays.
