The 30th Charity Shops Survey questionnaire is now open, and we would be grateful for your participation.
The survey has provided an essential data set and benchmarking tool for charities for three decades, charting the trends and latest figures across trading in the voluntary sector.
Participants in the 2021 survey will be entered into a prize draw to win a £100 John Lewis voucher.
Easier to complete
We appreciate that these are unprecedented times, with charities facing a number of additional pressures and burdens.
Therefore, this year we have removed a number of questions and simplified the survey, in order to make it much quicker and easier to complete, yet retain its core value.
