Martin Elmer, director of property, and Jacqui Hill, project lead at Cancer Research UK will deliver the opening keynote at this year's Charity Property Conference.

They will discuss CRUK's upcoming head office move to Stratford, covering the motivations for moving and the opportunities it has created.

The event takes place on 2 July at BMA House in London and the full programme is now available.

There will also be talks covering trends in the commercial property market, and representatives from Chippenham Borough Lands Charity, Caudwell Children and Borough Market will provide case studies about the ways they have implemented different property strategies to the benefit of their beneficiaries.

Other sessions include avoiding development pitfalls, running investment properties, and financing and funding.
