Phil is head of sales at Civil Society Media Ltd and part of the senior management team.

He has been in media sales for 15 years with stints at Emap, Reed Business Information and Wilmington before joining CSM in 2007.

Phil and his team are responsible for generating advertising, recruitment and sponsorship revenue across the portfolio.
