Peter Walker

Peter Walker is national director of the Leprosy Mission England and Wales, appointed in March 2011.

Walker moved back to the UK shortly before, having worked in Washington DC for past two years previous as executive director for Prison Fellowship International.

Prior to this he worked in the UK as national director for Prison Fellowship England and Wales from 1992 to 2007. 

His voluntary experience includes chairman of a Christian Counselling Centre in Essex; a member of the leadership team and chairman of trustees for his local church. Also with his wife Walker is a pre-marriage mentor for couples preparing for their future together.
