Peter Heather

Head of IT and systems, WaterAid

As of October 2011, Peter Heather is the chair of the Charity Consortium IT Directors Group and head of IT and systems at WaterAid.

He joined the charity in 2006 from ActionAid where he had also been head of IT. Before moving to the charity sector he worked in IT at Philips and AOL and has an MSC in Computing.

In 2011 he revealed plans to form collaborative software development group for charities and will be speaking about it at the Charity IT Conference 2011.
