Pete Fitzboyden

Pete Fitzboyden took over the Football Foundation’s newly formed business operations directorate in 2010 – incorporating its finance, IT, HR, administration and performance management functions – having previously carried out the role of director of strategy & performance.

Pete’s background has primarily been in organisational modernization, performance management and continuous improvement, which has lead to significant efficiency gains across the Football Foundation over the last three years.
