Nick Mason

Head of fundraising strategy & development, RNIB

Nick heads Fundraising Strategy & Development at RNIB, with responsibility for strategy & planning, insight, information management, innovation and database management. During the most recent strategy iteration, he successfully developed and led the case for a doubling in fundraising investment, and under his stewardship the data insight function at RNIB has won multiple awards.

He joined RNIB after a decade in fundraising, both client and agency side, with particular expertise in strategy, data-driven marketing and analytics. He has a BA in Economics from Oxford University, postgraduate diploma in Charity Management from Cass Business School, is a Fellow of the RSA, and teaches the fundraising practice class at London Southbank University.
