Lucy Bardner

Lucy Bardner is the grants manager for the Bedford Charity.

She spent a number of years working in education and the voluntary sector both in the UK and in an international capacity.

She taught English in Eastern Europe and worked on a number of environmental education projects in West Africa before returning to the UK to work in the voluntary sector, predominantly with organizations concerned with young people. 

Bardner began her grant-making career with the Hertfordshire Community Foundation, where she managed a range of externally funded grants programmes.
