Kristy MacLeod has worked in the charity sector since 2006 was appointed head of communication at Young Epilepsy in November 2011 to lead the charity’s rebrand.

She joined from Breakthrough Breastcancer where she was media relations manager. She has also had communications roles at Tommy’s and RNIB.
