Kate Adie

Kate Adie is chair of the National Campaign for Arts.

She is most well-known as former chief news correspondent for BBC News. In 2003 she withdrew from frontline reporting but still works as a freelance journalist and writer.

Adie was awarded an OBE in 1993.
