Karen Williams

Karen Williams is director of finance and resources at Dartington Hall Trust.  

Before joining the Trust in September 2010 she was director
of finance and resources at Breast Cancer Care for two and a half years.

A qualified accountant, Karen has worked extensively with voluntary and public sector organisations for over 17 years, specialising in charity financial management, grant giving, HR, legal, facilities management and IT systems development. From 2003 to 2008, she was director of finance and operations at Arts Council England, London, managing its £140m grant programmes as well as finance and central services.

Williams was also treasurer and a member of the Board at Amnesty International (UK Section) between 2001 and 2005.
