John Trampleasure is chief executive at environmental charity WSPA.

He joined WSPA in 2009 after spending nine months as executive director of fundraising at RNID (now called Action on Hearing Loss).  He left after such a short time because he was frustrated as the slow pace of change.

Trampleasure joined the then-RNID from animal welfare charity The Brooke, where he was director of fundraising for six years.
