Jayne is a senior associate in the Charities Department at Bircham Dyson Bell LLP.

She advises on an extensive array of charity matters, including the formation of new charitable organisations, charity governance, the interpretation and revision of constitutions, Gift Aid issues, Big Lottery Fund grants, mergers, Charity Commission investigations, administrative and regulatory requirements, UK cross-border charity matters and legacies.

Jayne has also assisted many charities with Charity Commission schemes and has resolved numerous difficulties arising from charity objects clauses and charities' activities.
 
Jayne is a governor of Walthamstow Hall and a trustee of Friends of the National Museum of Women in the Arts, UK. She is also a member of the Charity Law Association and an associate member of the Society of Writers to the Signet.
