Jasvir Kaur

Jasvir Kaur is a director of fundraising and marketing at the Medical Foundation for the Care of Victims of Torture (MF).

She started her civil society career with a direct marketing role at Greenpeace UK before moving to the MF in 1997.  Since then she has risen through the ranks to become direct marketing manager, head of fundraising and now director of fundraising.  During this time the MF’s income has grown from £1.5m to £8m.

Kaur is a trustee of Netherlands-based women’s rights charity MamaCash and of the UK’s Institute of Fundraising.

She has an MBA from Sheffield Hallam University and the University of Aalborg in Denmark.
