Chief executive, Beatbullying and CyberMentors from 2001
Emma-Jane is founder and chief executive of the multi award-winning charities Beatbullying and CyberMentors.
Ten years ago Emma-Jane conceived of and designed the unique bullying prevention practice model known as Beatbullying. The model is now widely, applied across the UK by schools, councils and youth agencies. More recently Emma-Jane conceived of and designed the CyberMentors and ReSync programmes which provide deep level well-being and AIG support, mentoring and counselling to children and young people on-line via safe social networking platforms.
To date 1.3 million people have accessed the CyberMentors programmes.
Emma-Jane currently sits on the Demos Character Enquiry, is a trustee of the Hansard Society and founder of the cross sector Collaborate project. In July 2011 she also became trustee of the YMCA.
