Elizabeth Balgobin

Elizabeth Balgobin is chair of Voice4Change England, trustee of the London Sustainability Exchange and advisory panel member of social housing charity Commonweal Housing.

Elizabeth's experience is wide-ranging and includes four years as chief executive of the London Voluntary Service Council, as well as her current paid role of interim project leader with Tower Hamlets Council for Voluntary Service and a year as interim chief executive of Charities Evaluation Services prior to that. 

She began her leadership career in the sector as chief executive of Hackney Training and Employment Network, an umbrella organisation for civil society learning providers, where she remained from 1997-2004.

Previous roles include director of Pan London HIV-AIDS Providers Consortium, director of Blackliners and office manager at Circle 33 Housing Trust.
