Deborah Xavier

Deborah Xavier was appointed CEO of City-based charity, the Brokerage Citylink in April 2011. In her role she leads the Brokerage’s efforts to connect talent from areas of deprivation in inner London with City employers.

Deborah was previously chief executive at Pilotlight London, where she spent eight years and was instrumental in the organisation’s development into a well-established charity working from three locations across the UK.
