Debbie Ladds

Chief executive , Local Trust from January 2012

Debbie Ladds was appointed as chief executive of the Local Trust in January 2012. Since July 2011 she has been the interim chief executive of Big Local leading the Community Development Foundation’s work consortium partners to set up the Local Trust.

She joined the Community Development Foundation in 2005 as director of programmes and was promoted to deputy chief executive in 2009.

She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a member of the Chartered Management Institute.

She is also a trustee of Elfrida Rathbone Camden which offers free services to people with learning disabilities and families under stress.
