Dr Carole Easton is deputy chief executive of leading disfigurement charity Changing Faces, starting September 2010.
Carole has been in the sector for 18 years, most notably as chief executive of the NSPCC's ChildLine counselling service, children's cancer charity CLIC Sargent and Cruse Bereavement Care.
Carole started her career as a child and family psychotherapist from 1980-1992 before becoming a counselling manager at ChildLine.
