Ann Sanders

Ann Sanders took up the post as Capacitybuilders' chief operating officer in October 2010, working on a part time basis through to closure of the agency at the end of March 2011.

Ann has over 20 years experience in private, public and voluntary sector organisations. Her experience includes 8 years managing programmes in Africa for VSO and 8 years in programme management and organisational strategy and development with the Big Lottery Fund.

Prior to her sector experience Ann spent 7 years in the book trade, where she published and marketed educational textbooks for the Caribbean region.
