Adam Pemberton
Assistant chief executive, Victim Support
Adam Pemberton is one of two assistant chief executives at the national charity Victim Support.
Pemberton, who joined the organisation in August 2011, has worked in both the public and private sectors.
In his previous role as deputy director, strategy and reform at the Cabinet Office, Adam advised the government and head of the Civil Service on public and civil service reform issues and designed and delivered the flagship programme of the capability reviews of Whitehall departments.
He worked at PA Consulting before becoming a civil servant, also on criminal and civil justice matters.
Within Victim Support, he is responsible for functions including programme management, information systems and communications and marketing.
