Chair, Leadership 20:20 Commission, National Council of Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) from January 2011

Richard became chair of the Leadership 20:20 Commission in January 2011. The Commission is looking to identify pathways into Civil Society leadership, attract and retain the most influential leaders, connect and grow emerging leaders, and address the challenges future leaders will face.

Richard also works as partnership development officer for Advocacy Alliance.
