Uday Thakkar

Uday Thakkar manages Red Ochre, a support, training and research consultancy for the voluntary sector that specialises in strategy and sustainability for social enterprise and regeneration support. In September 2012 he became a trustee for the Charity Finance Group.

Thakkar is a chartered accountant and has worked in enterprise support for over 20 years. He has also started and managed a successful charity and two social enterprises. In 2008 Thakkar was named the New Statesman/ Edge Upstarts Social Enterprise Mentor of the Year. He is also a trustee of three charities, including Charity Trustee Networks.

Kevin Curley among new CFG trustees
