Stephanie Biden is a senior associate solicitor at Bates Wells & Braithwaite London LLP.

She advises new charities and social enterprises and assists with mergers, reorganisations and constitutional reviews. She also offers advice on grant-making, fundraising, intellectual property and social franchising, equality and discrimination, finance and philanthropy. She has a particular interest in international and faith organisations and is a trustee of three such charities.

She delivers training events and has spoken at the Said Business School at Oxford University, School for Social Entrepreneurs and at charity law conferences. She was a contributor to Jordans Charities Administration Service and Charities – the New Law 2006: A Practical Guide to the Charities Acts.
