Roland Stainton-Williamson
Roland Stainton-Williamson launched Employment Solutions Plus in late 2010 to provide charities of all sizes with access to affordable employment solutions and other services, where he is principal consultant.

Before joining Victim Support in 2005, Roland held various senior roles in Royal Mail's HQ. This included six years in the internal management & HR consultancy where he ran most of the organisation's employment relations and engagement initiatives as well as carrying out a range of national process reviews.
He then spent another six years in The Post Office Group HQ as part of the organisational design & development team.
As well as having an MBA, Roland is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and a member of the Chartered Management Institute. He is also a qualified employment law paralegal.
Roland is author of 'giv us a job guv', a practical guide to getting a job based on his personal experiences of moving on from being a postman to a national employer.
