Richard Gutch is a consultant and an associate at third sector recruitment agency ProspectUs. His previous roles include the first chief executive of Futurebuilders England, director for England and strategic programmes at the Community Fund (one of the precursors to the Big Lottery Fund), chief executive of Arthritis Care and assistant director of NCVO. He is also a former chair of Acevo.
