Keith Mogford
Interim chief executive, Skills - Third Sector from June 2011
In June 2011 Keith Mogford took over from Julie Wilkes as chief executive of Skills - Third Sector, taking his place on an initial 6-month interim basis.
Prior to this appointment he was director of Stakeholder Engagement at National Open College Network (NOCN), a national awarding organisation with a long tradition of
working in partnership with a wide range of third sector organisations in developing flexible qualifications.
Keith has also been CEO at OCN Eastern Region and has previously worked with Skills - Third Sector and UK Workforce Hub in the development of qualifications.
In addition he has had involvement with Lifelong Learning UK (LLUK) in relation to community development qualifications. He was for three years a member of the National Programme Board for Foundation Learning.
