The clash between non-profit purists and innovators is blocking progress of the European Commission's Social Business Intiative, warns Filippo Addarii.

Filippo Addarii, executive director of the Euclid Network, says the civil society sector is at the centre of a European strategy for the first time in its history, and the sector should not miss out on the opportunity.
Euclid is to hold a meeting on the formation of a European Bank for Social Investments (EBSI) in April.
